Who we are

Devilish Doughnuts is a family run doughnut and churro trailer based at Honeywood Estate, Fernvale, Queensland. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" means Devilish Doughnuts.

What we collect

When you send a booking request through our website we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, event type, date, suburb, guest numbers and your message. If you message, call or email us, we keep the details you send.

Our website uses Cloudflare to host the site and to check that forms are sent by people rather than bots (Cloudflare Turnstile). Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

How we use it

• To reply to your booking request or question.
• To plan and confirm your event with you.
• To keep a record of bookings we have taken.

We do not sell your details, and we do not send you marketing unless you ask us to.

Where it is kept

Booking requests go to the system we use to keep track of enquiries. We take reasonable steps to keep your details safe and only keep them for as long as we need them.

Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

Our pages on these platforms are run under their own privacy policies. Our latest reel only loads from Facebook after you tap it.
